Neil Fisher – Co-founder

It has been commented on by a number of people throughout my life and been made clear by the jobs I’ve had and the way I’ve managed them; I’m a problem fixer pure and simple.

My career history, like most people of my age, is quite varied; in the early days I spent a couple of years abroad working on camp sites, doing odd jobs, working as a life guard and did the usual apple and grape picking.

I also spent a number of years working as a Fixer for the rock and roll industry where I had a great time and got to work for lots of big names including Robbie Williams, UB40, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Oasis, Donny Osmond and Cliff Richard to name but a few; mind you there were less glamorous employments like Thomas the Tank Engine and The Tweenies. This was without doubt the best job I’ve ever had, each day was different and offered a new challenge and I’m pleased to say that not once throughout this period did I fail to achieve what was needed.

My first sensible job in a factory as an assistant to the production foreman and there I stayed for a little over 14 years by which time I was General Manager with responsibility for all production, stores, logistics and all key accounts; the company was successful and grew significantly whilst I was there.

The next couple of positions saw me rise through Project management, which gave me my first taste of devising and implementing a complete national service infrastructure for a well known insurer, to board level in another company where I had, once again, to create a national infrastructure with all of the associated contractual requirements associated with partner selection and service management
