One of our surveyors will look at your home through the eyes of a buyer and produce a full report listing any remedial works that may be putting buyers off. The report will list actions in order of effectiveness.

Once you have your survey report it is up to you to choose what, if any, work should be done but if you do not have the time or expertise to do the work yourself we can help.

Our in house staff are capable of most remedial requirements such as full room decorating, touch-up work and patching but if your requirements need a little more expertise we can either recommend professional services or manage the works on your behalf
